Jul 21, 2008 Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with grassy notes of hops. The flavor is sweet mlaty and again with grassy notes of hops, leading to a dry grassy finish.

Jun 14, 2004 Tap@Laurelwood. Pretty bitter isthought. Theres obviously the sweet lychee, pine, but the citric orange rind bitterness, gives it decent balance, pretty OK with me.

Oct 29, 2006 On tap at Laurelwood, Portland. Copper with lasting off white head. Attractive sherbert hop aroma. OK, so it’s an IPA, a proper PNW one, so you have boat loads of sherberty hop, especially on end. Still slightly nettley. Has moderate malt to supoort it, but hop is extreme. But it is lovely. I had another pint a couple of nights later and still enjoyed it.
