Commercial Description:
Here’s the latest single hop beer- a red ale featuring just one variety of hops. This time we’ve turned to Challenger hops. Challengers are a UK pedigree variety, though we’ve used US grown here. They’re considered good hops for both bittering and aroma. They feature a citrusy character, though more reminiscent of English ales than the hop bombs we’re used to on the West Coast today.
