Commercial Description:
This strong, blonde Belgian-style ale is noted for its unique spicy, candy-like flavors and aromas. Often called the Champagne of beers, Belgian Tripels are complex and distinctive, and this once embodies the style like no other.

On tap at 2007 Holiday Ale Festival--Poured a bold golden-copper body with a fluffy, effervescent white head. Bright yeasty, hoppy, floral nose with spicy grittiness and unique esters. Crisp and sprite-full finish. A little unbalanced and odd, but overall, quite nice.

At Holiday Ale Fest 2007--Poured a glowing orange-golden body with an off-white head. Looked much like a bold saison. Big malt aroma with fruity hops and mild Belgian yeastiness. Biting carbonation and a sweet, bready malt and spice finish.

Holiday Ale Fest... Poured a bright orange with a slightly off-white head. Strong malt aroma. Highly carbonated and a strong sizzle in the back of your tongue. Sort of one dimensional for the style. Sweet malt a slightly chalky. Jolly rancher like and sweet citrus. Tangy finish.
