Aug 14, 2008 Draught @ WABF 2008. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Malty bready green chilly pepper aroma. Malty spicy bready green chilli flavor with some heat from the chillies. Malty bready finish with some spicy chilly finish.

Aug 12, 2008 WABF. Great green chili flavor with just enough heat to make you say "wow". Bready malts come through and a slight bitterness after the chili flavor fades. As enjoyable as any pepper beer I’ve had.

Jun 23, 2008 This was a special event beer for the 2008 Washington Brewers Festival at St Edwards State Park. Pours a semi-clear golden pale blonde brew with a fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a thin white film and some bubble ring. Aroma of light white bread, a touch of citrus and a sharp chili pepper character. Taste is light bodied, some carbonation with good balance of mild spicy chili peppers. Finish is a little metallic with a lingering chili pepper aftertaste that slowly disappears. At first I was wondering if this was a Crazy Ed Chili beer knock-off but it surprisely has a nice mild chili pepper flavor that is not too overpowering. Hope to see this one brewed again.
