On draft at Fred’s Rivertown Alehouse in Snohomish. First of all, this had no cheese smell or flavor. I could be wrong, but I think that this is a pepper beer with a strange name. I certainly hope there was no intent to make this beer taste like nacho cheese. Regardless, I detected chile peppers on the nose and it had a wonderful bite to it that lingered on after the crisp finish. Great beer that I would love to see bottled!

draft at WABL 3rd anniversary party. Smells and tastes like that spicy cheese you pump onto tortilla chips in 7-11. I mean this is a cheesy beer. Call it marketing, but any other time I would have spit it out and sought medical attention, but this totally worked. Clean, light bodied, more than a hint of velveeta.

Cheesy jalapeno nose. Like the cheese at the baseball game. Golden pour with a nice fluffy foamy head. Light bready malts followed by peppery nacho cheese from a can flavor. Not hot or spicy, just really tasty actually. Light bready sweetness is in there too. Perhaps a touch of corn. Really damn good.

Draft at the WABL 3rd anniversary party. Crystal clear dark gold with a huge dense creamy off-white head. Corn nuts and american cheese on the nose. Nice crisp body. Firm carb. Lots of grass, corn, and american cheese on the mid-palate. Oddly, all this works.
