Jul 28, 2009 Sampled at the 8th Annual Music City Brewer’s Festival. Clear yellow, white cover. Aroma is spicy, clove, sweet maltiness. Taste is clean, sweet mealt, cloves, spicy finish.

Jul 26, 2009 On tap at Nashville’s Music City Brew Festival. I am not one for wheat beers, but can respect most of them as being solid brews, but this one just wasn’t. The wheat character was very strange and not refreshing. Don’t know how to describe it other than, there a simply much better wheats out there.

Jul 17, 2009 Bourbon House in Nola. Hazy gold color with white head. Nose is very malty for a wheat ale. Flavor is not as malty as I expected. A bit spiced, but not overly so...also a nutty flavor.

Jun 25, 2009 (Bottle courtesy of Headbanger) - Color is a bright gold with just a touch of haze. Carbonation is bubbly but no head develops. Aroma is a mildly sweet grain scent. Taste is light and crisp. It starts with a light body that goes down crisp. Finish is sweet with a wheat like grain taste then a coriander and hop spice comes in ending with a hint of bitterness. Overall its not bad but not a style I like.

May 20, 2009 12oz bottle 5/20/09 (Courtesy of garmonbozia)Pours a slight hazy golden body with a small white ring for a head. Aroma of wheat, grains, spices, and slight orange. Taste of the same with some coriander coming through. This light bodied brew is very well balanced and quite refreshing.

May 8, 2009 Golden pour with big head that fizzled to a ring. Floral and yeasty nose with a hint of spice. Smooth entry and mildly carbonated mouthfeel that transitions to citrusy finish with some spicy notes. Good beer but not their best offering.

Apr 22, 2009 Tap and Bottle. This is an easy beer to drink. very light with a great balance of the coriander and orange. Pours a medium/dark golden color with a thin white head. the citrus hits a bit more at the end. Very nice beer
