Apr 22, 2009 Tap and Bottle. This is an easy beer to drink. very light with a great balance of the coriander and orange. Pours a medium/dark golden color with a thin white head. the citrus hits a bit more at the end. Very nice beer

Apr 18, 2009 Pours a rich golden color with a medium sized fluffy head. Nose is citrus and a little sour. Taste is fresh and mostly of sweet pale malt with the orange and coriander nicely understated. Some spiced beers overdo the spice, not this one, the balance is great. Finish is clean and sweat. A really refreshing brew!

Apr 11, 2009 Draft @ Oysterella’s in Mobile, AL. Golden pour, white head. Aroma of puffed wheat cereal. Flavor is very thirst quenching. Flavor of wheat. Well balanced. Herbal bite in the finish. A good American Wheat Ale.

Apr 5, 2009 Liquid Sunshine V. Thanks, BitBucket! 12-oz. Pours fairly hazy light amber. Headless, laceless. Mild sweet tangy honey on the nose. Fairly mild, almost neutral mid-palate. Maybe a bit of lemon there, some honey and grass. Very, VERY understated beer.

Apr 5, 2009 Warm blond color ringed by head. Aroma of crisp wheat and rye, honeysuckle and light peper. Honeyed blonde amber flavors with viscous, honeyed pepper body. Sweet grass in the finish.

Mar 29, 2009 Fresh clean taste. Really smooth. The hints of spice are really nice.Great color. I would love to see this beer down here in the Florida Pan-handle area.

Mar 10, 2009 Bottle thanks to puggy!! Pours a dark, deep gold color with barely any head. I certainly can smell the coriander and orange peel along wtih the wheat and some citrus flavors. Caramel and honey notes are present as well. Flavor has some of the spices in it but instead of a nice smooth wheat flavor I get more corn than anything. Overall it is still a drinkable beer and better than I expected.

Mar 6, 2009 The weather hit 60 degrees today causing a minor breakout of Spring fever therefore making this delicate, crisp wheat seem rather fitting. Cloudy, golden-orange our with a medium sized white head and spotty lacing. Light malty aroma with a hint of coriander. Small citrus flavor along with a noticeable sweet honey taste finished by coriander. Lighter in body, somewhat dry and quenching. Nothing mind altering here, but a straightforward Southern American Wheat.
