Commercial Description:
An amazing American Wheat spiced with Corriander and Orange peel. Cask condidtioned for a special smoothness. We are really proud of this one.

12oz bottle poured into a pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow that clears up as it warms. Even my aggressive pour only produced a short-lived bubbly foam that receded immediately leaving nothing at all on top. There is no lacing. Aroma is odd with some grainy wheat whiffs and a bit of fruity sweetness before the spices tingle the nose a bit. Odd nose for me. Taste has a nice zing of citrus up front with some orange peels before the sweetish wheat flavors take over in the middle with hints of bananas. The spices really come out in the finish, especially coriander, and leave a peppery spiciness on the tongue. The mouthfeel is fairly light and has plenty of carbonation despite the less than carbonated look. I’m not nearly as impressed with this one as I have been with my previous 2 LM beers (Southern Pecan and Jefferson Stout), as I’m not exactly sure what they were aiming to do style-wise. That said, it’s still fairly drinkable especially on a warm day.

Poured a lightly hazy, dark golden color with a creamy white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat, light banana, coriander, and a bit of cereal. Taste of citrus fruits, tart wheat, light banana, and a bit of coriander as well

12oz bottle thanks to deepsouth. Nice golden color, effervescent, bubbly but the head doesn’t last for shit. Smells like spices, almost Belgian but not quite. It tasted odd and I honestly couldn’t tell if they were shooting for a Belgian witbier or an American wheat. It was easy enough to drink but it was still confused. Light malt with a hint of sour/tartness in the aroma. Very full flavor for a wheat bier. Hints of spice complimented by a perfectly balanced whear and barley grain bill. Fairly good mouthfeel, is somewhat thin but very smooth. Perfect summer quencher! Thanks Lazy Mag! This was my initial experience with this bier. Either I was dreaming that day or something went wrong, because since then I’ve not had one of these biers I would have ordered a second time. Fairly drab with none of the spices coming through.

Stinking great Wheat ale. The spices are perfect and the result is refreshing and fun. Much like Blue Moon but slightly better. On tap at Gulfport Airport.

Party Pig. Pours a hazy old gold color with a white head that quickly fades to a white ring. Aroma is maltier than the actual flavor. Has a odd corn like flavor, but finishes sweet.
