Aug 17, 2009 Pours deep clear gold with no head. The aroma is apple, sweet malts and winter spices. The taste has spices pushing into mild grainy to faint roasty malts. It ends with some roast. The taste seems much different than the nose.

Jul 25, 2009 Sampled on draft at the Music City Brewers Festival. Clear amber pour with decent thin layer of suustainable whitish head. Sweet apple aromw. Flavoe of light caramel and some cascafe hops. Pretty standard fare.

May 20, 2009 12oz bottle 5/20/09 (Courtesy of garmonbozia)-Pours a golden body with a small white ring for a head. Aroma of wheat, hops, and malt. Taste of the same with some caramel and finishes dry. This light to medium bodied brew is not bad and definitely different.

Appearance:Gold/amber pour with a thin off white head.
Aroma:Caramel and flowers.
Flavor:Caramel base with a floral hop finish. A hint of metal as well, but not too much to detract.
Palate:Medium/light body with solid carbonation.
Overall:Not too bad, but still just an average beer.
