Very smooth ale. Slightly sweet, goes down great. Slight citrus hints. Easy to drink, especially on a nice sunny day. Would pair this with any grilled white meat or fish. It would even be great to cook with. BeerHawk (1175), Huntsville, Alabama, USA

Pours a yellow/gold color with decent head that dissipated fairly quickly. Smell was somewhat faint, but malty. Taste was malty sweetness. It is light in body and nice for a hot Mississippi day.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Jan 18, 2008 Tap and Sidelines Sports Cafe, Hattiesburg MS. Pours a nice clear color with a orange hue. Smell was somewhat faint, but I did notice a sweetness. Mouthfeel was not too light, but a smooth with a medium bodied. Taste was of malt and sweetness, maybe from the honey. I find that most of their beers have the same sweetness to it. Not much lacing to speak of, but a wonderful beer for an afternoon or maybe a bit before. I enjoyed this beer very much, actually more than the others. Nice beer.
