Sweet toffee with a subtle pleasant nutty accent, low bitterness. The roast pecan character is quite elegant, understated even. Very enjoyable in a quiet way. movezig (137), Pensacola, Florida, USA

The people on the package bother me, pretty silly design. Lots of caramel in the nose. Flavors of chocolate coffee were pretty light. There was some raisin. Good drinking brown, better than castle. Smells roasted pecans, heavy malts, along with strong alcohol notes. First sip is both bitter and sweet with a nice nutty presence. Fairly light bodied. Not too bad, not too good.
