Gregis (923), Shawnee, Kansas, USA Apr 30, 2008 Sampled at DLD 2008. Pours a clear orange-brown with a thin beige head. On the nose are sweet toasted malt, caramel and a light pecan. Light to medium-bodied and slick with a lightly woody, dry finish. The flavor follows the nose with a bit more emphasis on the pecans, at the finish. This is a pretty nice session brew with the pecans playing a supporting rather than primary role.
