Draught @ Mondial 08’. Coffee Porter with heavy malt flavor. Almost tastes as if the coffee was over steeped. I like the bitterness in the finish though.

2008-06-01. Black body, nice creamy tan head. Roasty aroma, touches of coffee grounds, muted mocha. (7+) Similar flavour, roast takes on still more of a coffee grounds character, as well as a bit of an acidic not quite ashen tang at the end. Smooth average to medium palate. (3+) Pretty good, well made, but the character of the roast was a bit off-putting for me personally, the score is generous in hindsight. On tap, Mondial, Montreal, 3T

Bière à 6,2%, stout à l’expresso et au chocolat noir. Texture est crémeuse et onctueuse. Bonne amertûme à la finale. Dégusté au Mondial de la Bière à Montréal. Très douce au goût.
