On tap at the brewpub in Louvain-la-Neuve. Deep purple red with a nice pinkish head. Fruity nose, lots of cherry and also some marcipan. Cherries dominate in the mouth, a bit sweet, but not too much. Hints of almond and also some off-tastes. Body is on the light side. Fizzy. Refreshing on a hot day.

Draught, actually at the LLN place Huge, cyclamen head leaving quite some lace over slightly hazy cherry-red beer. Concentrated cherry-sweets nose, Belle-Vue at its peak. Cherry bonbons, with some citric acid added. A real classic: it’s actually a good fizzy fruitdrink alternative. Fizzy, slightly tart and obviously some syrupy feel in the back. Well. The porren ask for it, do they?

Draught at the Dubuisson brewery tap, ruby red with a white frothy head. Aroma is full-on marzipan. Marzipan again in the mouth, with syrupy cherry flavours in a light mouthfeel.
