MoritzF (4856), Bochum, Germany Feb 15, 2009 (25cl bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a short foamy white head. Sourish sweet pale malty and slightly wheaty nose with a distinctive touch of honey. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Pale malt character upfront with notes of honey and coriander, the latter especially towards the finish which is also slightly tart and bitter. Not one of my favourite honey brews (09.II.09). fonefan (10868), VestJylland, Denmark Dec 9, 2008 Bottle 25cl. at home. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, honey, flowery honey, flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and some sour honey with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [150908] Maria (6056), Thisted, Denmark Oct 11, 2008 Courtesy of Fonefan. It’s a hazy golden beer with a creamy head. The strongest notes in both aroma and flavour are sewer and yeast, and the flavour also has sweetness and light honey and fruit. The sewer note disturbs the experience completely. David loved the label ;) oh6gdx (8795), Vasa, Finland Sep 26, 2008 bottled@Fonefan (8.0%). Hazy golden colour, small white creamy head. Aroma is honey, grass and some mild yeast. Flavour is fruits, some honey and mild herbal and flowery notes. Strange, and a bit out of balance. MiP (8793), Sřnderborg, Denmark Sep 21, 2008 Bottle, 8%. Distinct honey aroma, some wax, and a citric hint. Cloudy yellow colour. Citric flavour, distinct honey notes, flowers and perfume. Strange but OK. yespr (11613), Copenhagen O, Denmark Sep 15, 2008 25 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Honey to herbal spiced and floral aroma. Floral and yeasty flavour with a dense dry phenolic note. Ends dry and floral. Interest and different.
