(Bottle 75 cl) Bought in a farmstore in Surice in Wallonia. I’ve never seen it anywhere else. Seems quite flat, not a lot of "plop" in the bottle. But there’s plenty of life in it anyway. Color is light amber, decent head, unfiltered. at first quite sweet from the added honey, but quite quickly there’s an apparent bitterness as well. It creates a nice balance. Pleasant and harmonic honeybeer. 060804

Honey color, almost no head, hazy. Honey and orange in the aroma and flavor. Sweet and somewhat vinous. Hops, especially in the finish. Poor lacing, the beer is in fact almost as flat as a lambic. Tastes OK, but lacks life.

Slightly hazy yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of hops, some spices, some honey, alcoholic. Dry taste, slightly sweet, bit bitter and alcoholic.

Aroma of yeast and hops. Hazy, yellow coloured with a lasting, medium head and much yeastparticles. Taste is yeasty, hoppy, some honey in it, some fruits. Quite a weird brew. Not to good. Unpleasant mouthfeel. Not my thing.

Huge, very fine head, off-white; honey-gold coloured beer, quite, and finely carbonated, full of UFO’s, super-flunky. Bitterish nose, whiff of tobacco and hops, then honey, lupuline-covered yeasts. Fiery burnt caramel taste, roasted sweet and slight bitterish. Lots of honey in the background. Alcohol, toast, biscuit or cake or caramel bar. Mango retronasal. Way too aggressive mouthfeel (both alcohol & burnt); medium bodied, some slickness. The honey aroma is unmistakable, but I’ve had much better honey beers. Not very drinkable.

Hazy orange coloured, dying head. Fruity aroma, tangerine? Quite dry flavour.

Bottle. Sweet honeyed texture and flavour, but a dry yeasty lemony finish. Slightly sugary (burnt sugar??)
