Hazey golden colour. Sweetened flavour but perhaps not obviously honey. Honey however comes in many different and varied flavours of its own. Reevaluating the beer the flavour with a broader set for honeyed flavours makes more sense in this case.

Deep golden colour. Spices, yeast and hops to the fore. Perhaps a touch sweet but, otherwise, a clean and crisp, dangerously drinkable brew. As maeib says, the honey was not too noticeable. Most agreeable. Bottled at St Albans Beer Festival.

Bottled - St Albans Beer Festival. A spicy herbal aroma to this hazy golden orange coloured beer. A bit of a spicy tripel taste and no obvious signs of the honey that’s supposed to be there. Hoppy and good

Bottled @ the Saturday session, St Albans Beer Festival 2004. Beer #29. Sweet Belgian, perhaps a few off flavours but still very nice.

An unclear golden beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of honey. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of honey, but also with light notes of straw and malt, leading to a dry and bitter finish where the honey note lingers.

Hazy blond color; wonderful creamy head, persistent. Excellent Triple, round mouthfeel, with a light sweetness, complemented by the bitter taste of honey; very light herbs and sour wood. A clear spicy character makes of this a pretty complex beer.
