An unclear golden beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of honey. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of honey, but also with light notes of straw and malt, leading to a dry and bitter finish where the honey note lingers.

(Bottle 75 cl) Bought in a farmstore in Surice in Wallonia. I’ve never seen it anywhere else. Seems quite flat, not a lot of "plop" in the bottle. But there’s plenty of life in it anyway. Color is light amber, decent head, unfiltered. at first quite sweet from the added honey, but quite quickly there’s an apparent bitterness as well. It creates a nice balance. Pleasant and harmonic honeybeer. 060804

25 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Honey to herbal spiced and floral aroma. Floral and yeasty flavour with a dense dry phenolic note. Ends dry and floral. Interest and different.

Bottle, 8%. Distinct honey aroma, some wax, and a citric hint. Cloudy yellow colour. Citric flavour, distinct honey notes, flowers and perfume. Strange but OK.

bottled@Fonefan (8.0%). Hazy golden colour, small white creamy head. Aroma is honey, grass and some mild yeast. Flavour is fruits, some honey and mild herbal and flowery notes. Strange, and a bit out of balance.

Hazy blond color; wonderful creamy head, persistent. Excellent Triple, round mouthfeel, with a light sweetness, complemented by the bitter taste of honey; very light herbs and sour wood. A clear spicy character makes of this a pretty complex beer.

Courtesy of Fonefan. It’s a hazy golden beer with a creamy head. The strongest notes in both aroma and flavour are sewer and yeast, and the flavour also has sweetness and light honey and fruit. The sewer note disturbs the experience completely. David loved the label ;)
