The Buteuse is the abbey trippel. At 10% ABV, the alcohol is well masked with lots of fruity notes akin to pineapple and pear. Bubbly, amber bodied, and dry, this delicious beer is one of the best gifts our Canadian compatriot has ever given us. Thank you, Marc! GRM (1283), Aylmer, Quebec, Canada
