Aug 15, 2008 Draught at a Pizzeria in Bamberg. Clear golden, small head. Grassy spicy nose. Dry with clean rounded mouthfeel. Grainy with straightforward character and long resiny bitterness. Simplistic, but not bad.

Apr 9, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy yellow with a fully diminished white head. Light pilsner hops aroma. Flavour is light hoppy, mild fruity and with a delicate bitterness. Ends smooth and hoppy bitter. Nice.

Oct 22, 2007 (bottle; 5.1% abv) Clear, pale golden colour with a moderate Pilsener-blonde foamy head. Grassy and herbal hops aroma with a balancing malty sweetness in the background, which is also a bit perfumed. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated, slightly crispy mouthfeel. Balanced herbal, slightly grassy hops with a soft underlying malty body; dry and bitter finish with aromatic, slightly grassy hops. Pretty underrated Pilsener. Still a goody in Nürnberg.
