Cask conditioned at Banbury Beer Festival 09-05-08 Light amber but a bit cloudy, it wasn’t a looker I’m afraid. Despite the looks I think it tasted better than I anticipated some sweetness but nice nuttiness as well, the bitterness eventually broke through and it held in there very well. I agree with Glen, Leeds beers would usually be much better than this, still it was ok and strangely I never got the perfume aroma that Glen got.

Cask conditioned at Banbury Beer Fest ’08. Clouded amber with no head. Sweet and nasty unfortunately. I really like Leeds as a brewery and I know that this was not in great condition, but it was off, perfumey and poor.
