Commercial Description:
A hugely drinkable blonde beer. Using malts more usually associated with lager, this pale brew is delicate and fruity whilst retaining a clean finish.

The Vaults, Leicester. Pale and sudsy. Aroma of nothing. Sweet oaty malt, negligible watery citrus. Shy and whispering. Lager malt dullness and peanut husk. Have enjoyed the beers I’ve had from this brewer previously, but this was just too close to super-chilled lagery anonymity for me. Badly needs an infusion of hops

A Mes rate: Gravicask at Fin’s excellent Merton Beer Festival.
Orange gold with a thin white head. Bready malt with some slight hops. Fair bit of diacetyl gives it a clear bread and butter character. Fruity orange finish with some eventual bitterness. Seems like this was better earlier on in the festival.

Cask, gravity dispense at Merton Summer Beer Festival July 18th and 19th 2008 Good easy drinking crisp and refreshing summery beer, pale gold in colour with white head it was perhaps a little bit shy on the bitterness front but it more than made up fro this in its nice gentle fruity character and all round drinkability, I liked it!

Cask conditioned at Merton Summer B.F ’08. Gold with white head. Clean fresh beer, quite blonde in character but with a sparkling hop rush. Not sure which they are, but they have an almost champagne like quality in exciting the tongue. Light, dry body, nicely bitter, good beer.
