Clear pale yellow pour with a big, rocky, white head and a constant stream of bubbles from the bottom of the tulip glass. Looks very much like champagne with a Belgian head. Lots of sour, bretty aroma with some notes of coriander, lemon zest, yeast and bread dough. Very sour and acidic flavor with some straw background and notes of coriander, yeast and lemon. Very dry, medium-light body with loads of carbonation.

750 ml bottle. Light pour with decent white head. Aromas were citrus and fruit. Flavors were similar with hints of spice and a slight wheat twang on the finish. Pretty decent tartness in the aftertaste. Pretty good.
