Jul 11, 2007 Updated: Aug 12, 2007Bottle from a Brussels supermarket. Typical orange haze with heaped fluffy suds. Perfumey, smooth, fruity and spicy. Slightly sourish orange and peppery coriander nose. Rounded and fruity, with a creamy wheatiness in the aftertaste but enough of an edge to be taken seriously. Enjoyed it more than the more ’authentic’ Wit I’ve just had.

Jul 9, 2007 Bottled. Hazy yellowish/orangeish colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheaty, spicy, citrusy and slightly barnyardish. Flavour is spicy, wheaty, very fruity and slightly yeasty. A very wellbalanced and pleasant witbier!

Mar 17, 2007 This is OK. There is a huge white head on top of the cloudy yellow beer. Sweet citrus and coriander aroma. Surprisingly full flavored for something with a light aroma. Medium palate.

May 28, 2008 Bottle. Light caramel aroma. Gold color with a monstrous white head. Thin with mild carbonation. However, the flavor is mild citrus, wheat, clove and ? It is very refreshing.
