Pours Crayola crayon Burnt Sienna, with racous fluffy head that settles into an uneven loose head within minutes. 330 ml, last of the haul from Maria. Earthy nose of soil (my wife says it smells like our basement)....a better compliment never has occured for I love my basement, ... that’s where I keep my beer. Sweet floral touch on first sip, sour fruits mixed with... grassiness? Medium body that ends tart and lingers, Nice.

Dark brown coloured, light carbonation. Large brown head. Herby aroma, touches of roasted malts, caramel and yeast. Creamy roasted body. Finish is bitter, roasted with some alcoholic touches. Very nice.

Bottle from Papsoe. Alcohol in nose along with spice, a bit of yeast. Dark brown with white head that dissipitates. Spicey taste with aggressive carbonation, despite expirey in February 2007. Chocolate in finish, overall medium plus mouthfeel. Satisfying, another good one from this brewery,

Bottled. Dark reddish/brown/amberish colour with big fluffy beige head, which sinks to one mediumsized creamy thick head in a few minutes. Aroma is caramel, burn sugar and some malts in it. Flavour is caramel malts, burnt sugar, slight raisins and alcohol. The finish gets grassy and hayish hops.

Deep dark red coloured beer with a lasting creamy beige coloured head.Aroma is like burnt sugar, with a deffinate licorice flavour and a malty sweet finish.
