Very dark ruby color, huge cloudy tan head. Aroma of berries and licorice. Medium to full bodied. Licorice dominates the flavour, but there is also some sweeter berry-like notes. Aftertaste is a bit salty, alcohol and bitterness rise there too. Some way similar to Het Anker products. One step forward from the middle-of-the road brunes of Belgia. pilsnerrogge (1784), Finspång, Sweden
