Bottle. Dark brown pour with large tan head. Sweet nutty aroma to it. I read that it had a Milky way taste, and I can say that was right on. Not too bad.....

Dark brown with a massive beige head. The aroma is a glorious, decadent chocolate-malt-liquorice feast. The taste is honeyed, smooth with a little orange sourness, sweet marzipan and almonds, and a perfectly balanced dry finish. Can beer ever be better than this?

Almost black, slightly red color. Medium sized vanishing beige head. Chocolate, sweetness, spices, mild alcohol and licorice in aroma. Medium to full bodied. Chocolate, biting spices and carbonation in start, ends with lasting dryness and mild alcohol. Also some chocolate and licorice in aftertaste.

It was classified to the father Abbot and its hosts. It was before, was the best one...it is still...

Bottle. Funny head: "rose to the occasion", but then suddenly transformed into something resembling cola poured over vanilla ice cream. Initially I liked the look, but the cola/ice cream effect isn’t exactly what I want in my beer! So it ends up in between...Smells good - dominated by yeast, which reminds me of moldy carpets(?). I like carpets, but haven’t ever been licking one, but I took a sip of this beer and found out, that I like the taste of carpet as well. Nothing like the aroma though. Sweet licorice, candy and a nice bitterness. I didn’t expect too much of this beer, but it was a pleasant surprise.
