For a light Belgian beer, this one is incredible. An orangey flavor but not too much. Simple, crisp, goes down easy. Will definitely keep in the fridge over the summer

Not bad, though nothing special. Yellow with minimal head. Spice, wheat and another note I can’t place.

Very cloudy pale yellow, thin white head. Aroma of lemon, clove, wheat and orange. Taste is very crisp and a good blance of sweet, tart yeast and hop. Clean finish, light body and smooth mild carbonation.

Hazy yellow with 12 cm of white head. Aroma is slight lemon and a bit of rose and ginger. Taste contains the same, but reminds me of grape soda with slight sourness and acid into the finish. $2/11.2oz

Slightly cloudy yellow with a fluffy head and decent lacing. Bananas and bubblegum aroma. Flavor starts slightly sweet, the progresses to citrus, then a slight bitter and sour finish. Decent body for what it is. Refreshing.

Bottle. Poured palest yellow, almost white with thin fast dissipating white head. sort of a skunky odor for an aroma, with some lemon. Very dry flavour, with much lemon almost like a lemon meringue. Dry wheaty finish, with a lot of hop.

Nice wheat and lemon nose. Very pale yellow pour with a nice bright white head. Very sweet with a prominent lemon and bread flavor. very sweet on the palate as well.

Bottle at blind tasting 5/09 as blanche de bruxelles bier blance. Pours light yellow with beautiful white head. Unfortunately, has an extremely strong ammonia/cat urine aroma. Taste is medium sweet, then just a little bitterness on the finish. Active carbonation. Okay beer if it weren’t for the aroma which simply ruined it.

had as a blanche de bruxelles. pours a very cloudy, white-yellow, with a large white foamy head, and some lacing. smell is of citrus, wheat, spice, and orange peel. taste is tangy, orange peel, spice, and wheat, ends a little on the tart side.
