First sip is sweet malt followed by a slightly tart finish. Very simple but more enjoyable than I expected. Probably the best of what InBev has to offer. Nordcore (290), North of, Norway

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 2, 2009 One of the very first Belgium beers I ever tried many years ago. When served in its proper glass the beer looks very light at the bottom and gets darker the further up the glass you look starting a pale yellow and turning a golden brown. The aroma is very pleasant, Belgium yeast, sweet malts, and a slight floral scents fill the nose. It’s moderately carbonated but still relatively smooth, not as full feeling as other Belgium ales. A very clean refreshing taste of yeast and sweets malts makes this a very enjoyable, a well rounded beer. Very enjoyable brew and readily available. topherh (936), Kearney, Missouri, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 25, 2009 Enjoyed on tap at a small place in the Jordaan neighborhood of Amsterdam. Pours light, with the big head you’d expect. I agree with the hint of Bananas and other fruits. Davros (247), Australia
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | May 25, 2009 Amber pour with a nice head that fades quickly.
Aroma is of bananas, belgian yeast (I swear there’s a hint of baked beans in there) and some very subtle cloves.
Taste is very agreeable, but plain: sour-dough bread and sweet malts. Too sweet, no depth, no finish, no balance.
Creamy mouthfeel but too watery. jvmiller (532), Bel Air, Maryland, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 25, 2009 Slight sweet candy flavor, little bit of spice. Was overall pretty mellow flavor, but still nice. Smooth, easy to drink but still had some good belgian flavors.
