Commercial Description:
Filtered.
Uses Vieux Temps yeast which gives the clove-like flavour.
"Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."

Delicate banana yeast nose, sweet, crystal clear filtered golden color with beautiful lace, spritzy mouthfeel, smooth malts, bright fruit, sweet and heading towards dry on the finish, very tastey, excellent belgian blonde, this was excellent research for the belgian blonde I’ll brew on saturday...

Slight citrus aroma with little alcoholic smell. Big loose white head with extreme lacing. Appearance throws me off. Taste very difficult for me to describe. Its just tastes like "beer" with a little bite to it. Easy to drink.

A bright sparkling golden beer. A creamy white head. Bread and bananas appear from the yeast along with light citrus hints. Smooth and sweet with a tang at the back of the throat. Fresh pine-wood flavours with a lot more banana and a tight, prickly finish.

Pours a completely transparent golden yellow, thin foamy head, heavily carbonated. Musky banana aroma along with some peaches and sour dough. Sweet candy fruit flavor, banana, peaches, apricot, and caramel. I also get some musky yeast flavor in the finish, sour even. Interesting. Palate is full and sweet, a little sour but mellows into a caramel finish.

On tap in Paris, France. This came in the proper labeled trappist glass a clear gold color and fat white head that left good lacing. Big nose of caramel malts with citrus hops, coriander, and cloves. Very smooth and clean mouthfeel. Flavor is banana and citrus, and the finish is very lightly bitter and tasty. Good beer.
