Filtered.
Uses Vieux Temps yeast which gives the clove-like flavour.
"Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."

Tasty abbey with a nice tall creamy head. Banana start leads to malty, fruity and alchoolic middle and firm fruity end. Good standard abbey.

Rich golden color with light white head. Sweet aroma with spices, yeast and dried fruit. Full bodied with a sweet flavor of light citrus and dried apricot.

pours a clear golden color from the tap at papago. it’s got a white head which fades to a ring/film and remains there. very yeasty aroma with notes of sweet pale malt, flowers, citrus and grass. the palate is a touch too sweet but it does have enough interesting characteristics to make up for that... lots of yeast, fruit (esp. banana), orange, herbal/grassy dryness and sweet spices on the finish which remind me of cinnamon rice pudding. mellow yeast filled aftertaste. medium body is a bit coating on the tongue but the prickly carbonation and spiciness clean that up... this would be killer without all the sugar!

Pours medium gold with a nice head. The summer garden floral aroma has a hint of coriander in it. Taste: spunky hops and Belgian yeast, pretty dry, with touches of grapes and nutmeg. This is full-flavored, but still balanced and subtle - a very nice Belgian blonde indeed - 4 points!

(bottle) rich golden colour, tall white head, great lacing. aroma is strong pale malts, light hazelnut, banana, light grassy, spicy hops. flavour is the same, with more malts and less spices, not very exciting. light bitter finish, strongly carbonated, medium body.
