Commercial Description:
Filtered.
Uses Vieux Temps yeast which gives the clove-like flavour.
"Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer, with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a ’connoisseur’ beer that is easy to drink."

Big creamy head. Full of spicy wheat flavor. Sweet finish. Some honey and bannana understones. Clean and refreshing.

Tap in Paris, quartier latin, au Veille Marie. Soft, full taste, also in the aromas a bit hoppy and spicey. Nice to quench the thirst. This one surprises me almost every time: full taste.

Nice smooth off sweet taste. Good stuff but not great. Starting to see it pop up round here more often.

Bottle. Pours golden with agenerous off-white creamy head. Nice malty, spicy aroma. Sweet nutty taste, alcohol in the background, rather artificial sweet aftertaste

first drink- Impressed, smells like a belgian beer, tastes good. Half glass- Still tastes good, tasting bananas. Finishing glass-Has a faint overly ripe taste, a little too sweet. Overall I liked this beer, didn’t love it.

Sample at Ray’s. Light yellow pour with off-white head. Straight up bananas through the whole thing. Glad it was just a sample.

An aggressive belgian ale with distinct butterscotch, lemon and honey notes. Wet on the palate and quite bitter taste.
