| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jan 22, 2007 Bottle, a deep brown colour with just a bit of carbonation and think bubbly beige head. A fruity caramal aroma. Very sweet, which is countered a little further in the swallow by some carbonation and acidic sourness. Syrupy toffee flavours, with a strong woody alcoholic touch, akin to whiskey. Could have got a higher rating, but I just can’t get past that acidity.
