Bottled. Dark red-amber with coffee froth head. Spicy, winter fruit aroma albeit fairly subtle, restrained and alluring rather than overpowering. Malty, warm, soothing fruit, enjoyable but I’ve had better.

Bottle. 8,2% Pours brown with a beige/brown head. Sweetish and yeasty aroma. Flavour is sweetish and fruity with notes of plums and yeast. Finish is bitter and dryish, but feels a bit thin. Slight notes of apple. 22-02-06.

Deep ruby brown. Small beige head. Spicy dark fruit nose. Apple, plum, light to medium bodied, fairly sweet, finishing with a bit ofbtter acidity, yeast, hops. Spicy and fruiy, not a bad brew, although by no means a favorite.

Aaah... I’ve waited for this bottle a couple of years now. It’s old, but not yet bb. The aroma promises well, with fruitful cherry-notes and some oakyness. This is dark brown, with a small white head. I’m drinking this from a real La Trappe (champagne-shaped) glass, and the foam looks intriguing, like a swamp actually. The first sip is good with its fizzyness. The alcohol warms in a good way. More woody flavours and less fruit. Long, full finish. My kind o’ play thingie.

Amber coloured with a big head. The aroma is fruity with some hop and malt. The alcohol is obvious. Bitter, alcohol filled aftertaste.

Small light brown head and dark red-brown body. Nice aroma; apples, raisins, rum, little spice. Smooth and soft palate. Tastes of less than the aroma makes you anticipate. Little spicy-bitter finish.
