Sep 22, 2006 Bottle (330ml). At Saint Alexandre Pub, Québec City. Poured into a Leff goblet, deep slightly hazy chestnut coloured with a small off-white head. Sharply bitter yeast and spice aroma with brown sugar malt, a tang of sourness on warming. Tasted of raisins and apples, sweet spice and sharp bitter yeast, a backbone of soft caramel malt - very pleasing blended/balanced finish after an initial hit of spicy bitterness. Average body, slick and slightly syrupy mouthfeel, very good carbonation and a slight bitter aftertaste - a very nice sipper, I enjoyed it as much or more than the Leffe Brune or Blond - very restrained and dignified.

Jun 20, 2005 Bière aux arômes d’épices de couleur brune et possédant un généreux collet blanc, la Leffe Radieuse nous présente un goût fort, un peu sucré au début mais avec une finale amer. Bonne Bière équilibrée rappelant le sirop de grand-mère.
A brown Belgisch beer with multiple spices aromas and possessing a generous white foam collar, Leffe Radieuse presents a strong taste, a bit sweet at first but then sour. A good balanced beer remembering me my grandmother’s syrup.

May 13, 2008 Fruity nose with big spice and orange scents. Pours a lovely amber colour with good lacing and a big head that lasts well. Flavour is fruity and spicy with definite citrus. Mouthfeel smooth and fizzy. Finishes with a slightly unpleasant creeping bitterness and subtle alcohol notes.

Dec 22, 2009 330 ml bottle from LCBO gift pack. Pours light copper, with hint of red. Big creamy head, leaves lots of lacing. Aroma is spicy, sugary. Taste is light malt, super sweet, residual of spice, almost Christmasy. Nice beer!
