Good aroma with hints of orange. Beer tastes good with hints of the typical Leffe taste. BeerChaser0078 (339), Melbourne, Australia
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 14, 2009 Bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with a bubbly white head that shrinks fairly quickly to surface cover. Nose is quite yeasty with notes of orange, peach and apricot. Flavour displays the same but is slightly fruitier and spicier with doughy malt, coriander, mango and clove all standing out. Mouthfeel is smooth, creamy and delicate making this a particularly good tripel and one of the best offerings from Leffe. DeanF (298), Paris, France
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 10, 2009 Pours a cloudy blonde with decent head into a chalice. Aroma isn’t much, just alcohol and citrus notes, which means there’s hops floating around somewhere. Good flavour, dark malts and syrup, caramel, hops, all the good stuff you’d expect from Leffe but there’s not much to differentiate it from the brewery’s other brews. In fact between this and the Brown I can barely tell the difference. jesperhammer (304), Copenhagen, Denmark

Huge head on an orange unclear body. Beautifull sight, so I stick my nose in the glass, and I am happy. This is a tripple, and it is just what it is supposed to.
Very very yeasty on the flowery side. Oranges dominate, but spices show up as well. And then the creaminess...it balances out the lack of carbonation... or actually the carbonation is spot on with the creaminess.
Anyway this is one of the better Leffe offerings. To sad it has become so difficult to find in DK. mkel07 (526), Brisbane, Australia

Aroma is subtle with spiced and spiced fruit notes coming through. Refreshing taste of sweet spiced pears and fruit. Strong alcohol taste that sits in the mouth. JanEric (191), Meppel, Netherlands

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 6, 2009 25cl bottle. Poured a dark, hazy amber color with a tall beige head. Yeasty, spicy nose with hints of caramel and bananna. Medium to full bodied, smooth mouthfeel. Flavor starts sweet later the spicy Belgian character comes thru with hints of corriander and clove. This beer was my go to beer on a recent trip to France. Very good Tripel. TaxiDriver (937), Stadland, Germany

The body is medium strong, creamy and with a lively carbonation.
