Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, fruity, orange, moderate to heavy yeasty, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, peppery. Sep 5, 2009 Bottle. Mild farty aroma, nicely malty and spicy. Hazy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is quite sweet and spicy, good alcohol level. Slightly rough alcohol flavour and bitterness, but that is needed to balance the sweetness a bit.

Aug 21, 2009 Clear golden with a tiny white head. Sweet malty aroma with fruity and coriander notes. Flavour had ripe fruits, malt, caramel and hops, coriander and warming alcohol towards the end.

Aug 28, 2009 It is a beautiful warm amber color and the head is creamy. The aroma has sweetness and notes of spice, yeast and malt. The flavour has sweetness and notes of coriander, other spices, yeast, malt, fruit, citrus, alcohol and the finish is slightly dry. IMO it’s a bit too sweet....
