| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 11, 2008 Draft; at Mission Valley location. Poured a hazy, yellow color with a medium sized white head. Arooma of hay, wheat and yeast. Not a great aroma nor characteristic of the style. Flavor was similar; more of an American wheat/wheat ale. If this is truly a hefe, it totally missed the mark. hellbilly (1532), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA
