Commercial Description:
This German Style Hefeweizen (pronounced He-fe-vite-zin) is unfiltered and naturally cloudy from the generous use of German wheat. Flavors of banana and clove will be noticed, these are a by-product of our special Hefeweizen yeast, and are typical of a traditional German Hefeweizen. This beer has a spicy and fruity aroma and flavor, and a refreshing, almost creamy, taste and texture. Pours a cloudy orange hue with a small white head. Aromas of honey, wheat and oats. Flavor is light bodied and smooth. Very flavorful for a wheat brew.

This hefeweizen pours with a cloudy orange-gold body with little head or lacing. The aroma and flavor are sweet and full of banana notes, as well as, nice clove notes. Great aroma and huge flavor. Medium bodied, smooth and slightly warming.
