Hazy deep golden. Appley grassy aroma. The malt profile is clean with some cookie malt flavour. Above that there are green, orangey hops. Bitter finish, but not terribly so by O’Brien’s standards. argo0 (7018), Washington DC, USA

A medium to full bodied IPA. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are grapefruity, floral and a touch earthy. A major hop bomb. Coats the teeth and sticks with ya for a while. Nicely balanced. Interesting beer. Long lasting bitter aftertaste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish si clean and dry. Aftertaste is bitter. DarkElf (2681), La Jolla, California, USA

The aroma and flavor are both slightly sweet yet bitter and hoppy with a slight pine note and a little grapefruit. Great hop flavor and aroma. Medium bodied, smooth and slightly dry. Smelled of citrus accented hops, touching at tangerine and orange. Flavors were more of the same, grainy accented citrus hops...weak mouthfeel...its a harvest ale eh’ wippidity do dah. Hugely toasty flavor with some hops, but mostly malts. Does have some intriguing powdery and sugary flavors at the end and a nice, sticky palate, but not that much going on. jeffc666 (1896), Fairfax, Virginia, USA
