Nov 4, 2006 On draft at O’Briens Wet Hop Festival. This IPA is made with all Centennial hops according to the O’Briens festival beer list. Light golden amber color with a thin off white head. Pleasant IPA aroma with a good malt backbone of toasty and lightly fruity malts with a bold hop character featuring notes of orange, spruce and pine. Sweet and malty up front, with huge hop flavors quickly dominating - floral, lemon zest and a tingly grapefruit finish. Medium body and gentle carbonation. Enjoyable.
