Pours a pale golden color w/ a semi creamy froth that recedes revealing a full silky canopy w/ a full, sticky ring. Aroma of fresh banana malts. Medium nectar w/ soft residual effers. Flavors are blanced and very dry for a tripel. A mild hop keeps it interesting. Lemon rind. Not your usual tripel. You get all the typical flavors yet lite in body. Very little peach pit. The hops are defined and integrate well. Theres a mild sweetness w/ a nice bitterng component on the finish. I’m impressed. Hops are very fresh, almost crispy. Highly recommended.
