Flavor is slow to develop and creeps towards plain bitterness with not a lot of hop flavors. Simple refreshing but a touch lacking in complexity. cprochak (423), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Not much aroma, unfortunately. Taste is a very slow creeping bitterness on the tongue. Very smooth, but with balanced carbonation. DJMonarch (6941), Northwich, Cheshire, England

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 19, 2009 Pours a slighty cloudy amber with just shy of half an inch of head. Trying to have some head retention there. I would say it is a medium bodied beer. On the aroma I get a subtle floral hop smell and not much else. On the palate I am getting floral hops, some citrus there and a mild bitter finish. It just seems to one dimensional for me though. I guess I just want too much from an IPA but other than the name not too impressed with this one. maniac (2628), Richmond, Virginia, USA

Hazy amber with a medium eggshell colored head, some lacing. Tastes of lime, malt, and raisins. Lemongrass anad cilantro finish. It won’t knock your socks off, but it has plenty of character. A unique IPA. Butters (1653), Virginia, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 10, 2009 Holy shit I can’t believe I found this beer! On draft at taco mac in decatur, GA. Pours a clear gold with nice wispy white head. Nose is lightly buttered herbal weak hops. Flavor is almost more of a letdown, semi bitter buttery hop flavor, a little dusty, some pepperiness on the finish. Kinda boring ipa, especially for such an awesome name.
