Hazy amber with a medium eggshell colored head, some lacing. Tastes of lime, malt, and raisins. Lemongrass anad cilantro finish. It won’t knock your socks off, but it has plenty of character. A unique IPA. Leighton (299), New York, New York, USA

Nose of hops, pine and some light fruits. Flavor is a lovely variety of hoppiness. Well balanced between hops and some malts. Medium body. Nice, clean finish with some lip-smacking bitterness. Solid. Citrusy, grapefruit aroma, some piney notes, hints of carmelly malt to add balance
Copper, clear, off-white head
Med sweet malt, med hop bitterness, hop flavors on the low side
Med Body, Med carb
A good IPA, balance a bit on the malty side - could use more flavor hops and a bit more bittering. Quite drinkable djd07 (751), Houston, Texas, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jun 15, 2009 On tap at flying saucer. Pours a copper amber with a medium frothy white head that leaves behind good sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a strong floral hop with pine. Medium mouthfeel with a very hoppy taste with caramel and a nice bitter finish. A very good ipa from left hand. 5000 (2589), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 17, 2009 Draught @ Brouwer’s Café:   Amberish, a little dark and dull with a copper hue, moderate off-white head, foamy, nice lacing.   Subtle hop nose, slight toasted oates, smidgen of citrus.   Hoppy on the tongue but not biting.   This I like.   Malts are there to back it up.   Slight caramel sweetness.   This is pretty well balanced.   Full bodied, the mouthfeel is moderate.   Wet hops linger, as do the toasted malts.   Flavor is great, aroma is fairly good, well balanced, and more importantly it is not biting.   IPAs that don’t bite too hard are my favorite.   Good stuff.
