Flavor of caramel, hop bitterness, floral. Sweet and malty up front with a lingering hop bitterness.

Nov 7, 2006 on tap-pours a tan head with orange/brown color. Aroma is citrus, medium malt-caramel. Taste is medium hops-bitter, balanced with medium malt-sweet, alcohol.

Oct 26, 2006 Cold 750ml bottle corked: Pours an opaque orange amber color with a small light tank frothy head which dissolves and leaves some bubbles around the edges and lacing. Aroma and taste are of sweet malt, caramel, orange, floral hops, and sour notes. Full body with medium carbonation. Ending is first bitter, then sweet, then slightly sour.

Oct 24, 2006 Cloudy lightish brown/red color. Slight off-white head. Very nutty aroma, malty. Malty taste, somewhat acidic. Corn syrup sweet-like taste. Not too bad for a malty beer.

Oct 23, 2006 Big Bottle. A barnyard fermented silage aroma eminated from the glass. Wet barley grain. Murky caramel body with good head and decent lacing. A caramel flavor was present but the wet barley grain aroma was also in the flavor. Dry wet grain aftertaste on the palate. Brew worth a try the aroma and flavor were little complexing to me.

Oct 16, 2006 Poured a dark ugly chunky red brown. Aroma was very sweet and tangy. Tasted very thick and syrupy, with a strong alcohol finish. Lots of sweet dark fruit and hops.
