| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 19, 2006 Big cherry chocolate cereal aroma. Clear, ruddy brown, fun label. Sunflower seeds, moderate plum/cherry ttanginess, lightly sweet. A crisp, clean drinking brew. I fear that I’m missing some of the darker tones to the beer, doing it back-to-back with a coffeeish stout. Sunflower seed finish. Distinct sunflower seeds. Medium-light body. A nice interpretation of a brown. waolsen (1222), Littleton, Colorado, USA
