Sep 5, 2005 Bottle. Pours textbook brown with a thin white dissipating head. Faint barley aroma. Nothing really special here... reminds me of standard fare from a brew-kit. A bit of a woody finish. Otherwise boring.

Sep 5, 2005 bottle. Solid earthy brown with a thin white head. The aroma is also fairly thin with some barley. It’s a smooth malty brew, but with little else really going on.

Aug 23, 2005 Pours a translucent amber (not really a brown) with an average tan head that dissapeared quickly. Aroma of caramel and toffee. Flavor of malts and some hops. A bit watery but smooth. Caramel also coming through on the flavor.

Aug 19, 2005 Some roasty malt aroma. Darker shade of red for body color. Small tan head that diminished to a layer over top of beer that looked like a bacteria sample under a microscope. Some lacing. Flavor was lacking somewhat watery. Definently smooth easy drinking beer, smooth on palate.

Aug 18, 2005 Light brown body, effervescent, with a short cream colored head. Malty aroma includes caramel and a little nuttiness. Mild malty flavor with a faint nuttiness and almost completely lacking aftertaste.

Jul 24, 2005 I had this in a bottle. Ever have a party and find random beer left in the morning? Well, I have no idea how I got this beer, but I drank it none the less. Amber color with a thin beige head. Wet grain nose. Grainy malt taste with some caramel sweetness. Nothing offensive, but nothing very interesting.

Jul 22, 2005 Draught. Pours mahagony with a rocky off-white head with many tiny fast-rising bubbles. Sweet maple and caramel malt aroma with a chocolate nose. Creamy sweet malt caramel and chocolate flavors. Creamy lacing. Light and somewhat watery thin bodied palate.

Jul 17, 2005 Bottle. Pours with average fizzy light brown diminishing head. Lacing is fair. Clear body that is light to dark reddish brown. Aroma is average malt, toasty and nutty with a light hop note. Medium bodied with a thin and slightly creamy texture. Average carbonation with an astringent finish. Flavor is average in duration. Moderately sweet to heavily acidic and lightly bitter. Not much smell. Not a whole lot going on, with a weird finish. Not liking this one too much.
