May 22, 2008 Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of nuts - especially hazelnuts, combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and nuts, as well as hints of wood, leading to a dry and bitter finish. OK.

Nov 9, 2006 Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear ruby, average head. Aroma of sweaty hops and roasty malt. Medium bodied with clean mouthfeel. The roasty malt dominates the picture, with apricots and soapy hops simmering on top. A pleasant enough brown ale, well above average.
