| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Aug 5, 2004 Draft @ Brew Kettle: Coppery brown w/ a lasting light beige head. Nutty malt and lightly roasty & toasty aromas. Very little fruitiness, and maltiness increases as it warms. Well balanced with a light acidic sourness, dry finish w/ some residual chocolate and roasty malt flavor after it’s gone. Lighter medium body w/ a higher carbonation & dry m/f. Not a bad brown, but it could be smoother & less dry. Possibly caused by over carbonation. Nice session beer though. chicagodri (1063), Chicago, Illinois, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 4/5 | 9/20 | Nov 30, 2007 Unambiguous molasses aroma with wheat bread underneath. Clear light brown, with a thin yellow head. Very, very grainy, of weak to medium strength. Grassy cilantro finish. It’s very drinkable with a low alcohol content, but it is fairly unremarkable. Low end ABA, IMHO.
