Commercial Description:
Deep Cover Brown Ale is brewed in the tradition of the brown ales commonly enjoyed in the U.K. Despite its reddish-brown color, it is light bodied and slightly sweet, making it a very drinkable and refreshing brew. Dark caramel malts lend this ale its rich color, while toasted and Munich malts provide just enough body to be truly enjoyable.

12oz bottle poured into an English pint. LHDCBA pours... you guessed it... brown. It has a medium soapy-looing head. It smells like baking cinammon bread. It has a stale malty flavor but a is balanced pretty well with a nice hop bill. The whole beer has a nice mouthfeel, both full and slightly chewy. This is a decent brown but not anything to get too excited about.

This beer seems to be sort of a straightforward beer. It has a distinct alcohol taste but is relatively smooth for that type of drink. It has a light malt flavor and is a easy drinking beverage.

This beer offers a mild roasted nut fragrance as its aroma. It is the color of moist Georgia clay and has a decent white head. This beer has a nice perky flavor that reminds one of baked pie dough. Even though this beer is relatively thin it has the ability to keep its taste on the palate for a healthy amount of time.

This beer pours a deep brown with a small tan head. The aromas are nuts, fresh trees and malts. The flavors are very uneventful and somewhat match the aroma. Not a very good brown ale, they brew way better stuff than this. Cheers!

I don’t understand the negative ratings. This is one of my favorite browns ever. Mouthfeel is creamy and sweet. Very nice biscuity, doughy, malt flavors as well.

A good brown ale. I don't think I liked it asa much as the Sam Smith's, but still worth a try or two.
